All students in Year 7 will be offered their 2nd Hepatitis B.
All female students in Years 7, 8, 9 & 10 will be offered their 3rd HPV Vaccine.
During the last two weeks we have welcomed three new families to our school. We hope they enjoy their stay with us.
Last week our 7/8 Debating team lost to Wagga High but by all accounts the result was very close. Our congratulations to all the students in the team.

What a great day was had by all!! It was great to see the co-operation between our students. These days are one of the many happenings that really show the leadership skills of our students and the wonderful co-operation between the Primary and Secondary sections of our school.
Next week is National Literacy and Numeracy Week. As part of the celebrations for this week we are holding a Reading Day on Wednesday to celebrate national Reading day which is part of National Literacy and Numeracy Week.
The Riverina Athletics Carnival is being held at Albury on Monday, 1st September. A number of our students will be participating in this event and we wish them well in their events. Maybe in eight years time we will be celebrating one or more of them at the Olympics!
The Bernie O’Connor Football Netball Carnival is being held at Yerong Creek next Friday, 5th September. A note will be sent home to parents this week.
Two of our Students, Madeleine and Anna, have been accepted to take part in the Riverina Choral Camp which takes place early in September. Congratulations to both these girls. I am sure they will have a great time and benefit greatly from the camp.
