A number of school teams were involved in debates at the school yesterday. Secondary teams debated against Billabong High and the Senior Primary team against Yerong Creek. Our Year 9/10 team was successful in their debate and the other two teams performed well.
Well done to all our debaters.
This Friday our school captains, Alice and Katy, will be travelling to Sydney to meet with the Governor of NSW as part of a leadership development program. They will be travelling with the captains of Wagga Wagga High School.
On Wednesday J McCarthy, A Fellows, H Bennett and M Fellows will travel to Wagga to represent the school in a Public Speaking competition. Good luck.
On Thursday Mrs Higginson will be taking the Primary Netball team to Wagga to compete in the PSSA Knockout Gala Day. Enjoy the day.
This Thursday the secondary students will be travelling to Wagga for sport. Students will leave after recess and travel to the Shearers Cue Sport Centre.
This free Federal Government funded activity runs on Thursday afternoons from 3.15pm - 4.15pm at the school. This term it is available to students in our Infants classes (Kinder - Year 2).
