Priscilla Queen of the Desert

Lawn Bowls

Our secondary bowlers, are travelling to Culcairn tomorrow to take part in a bowls competition. These students have been training very hard of a Wednesday afternoon for sport and we wish them well in the competition.

Sausage Sizzle

Our next sausage sizzle will be held next Tuesday. The cost of this remains the same, ie $1 for a sausage in a piece of bread and $1.50 for a drink.

Disco

Cross Country

Last Friday Ben H travelled to Wagga to take part in the Riverina Boys’ Softball Trials. Ben was successful in gaining selection in this team and I heard on the grape vine that he performed extremely well. Congratulations Ben.

Touch

On Thursday, Primary Girls’ and Primary Boys’ Touch Teams travel to Lavington to take part in the State Touch Knockout. We wish both these teams the very best of luck.

Chess Success Wow! Our Chess team consisting of S Davidson, S Woodward, B Stuart, and B Cummins was successful in defeating Kooringal High School last week. They are now anxiously waiting to see who their next opponents will be.
