Last Wednesday we welcomed our Senior Citizens to morning tea and a visit to the classrooms. Last Friday Alannah and Brianne flew off to Sydney to take part in the Leadership Program offered to School Captains throughout NSW. Both girls report that they had a wonderful time and learned lots. One of the girls remarked “Gee politicians can talk!”
This morning a number of our students are sitting for the University of NSW Computer Skills Test. This is a non compulsory Statewide test and we wish those students all the very best.
Wow!! What a fantastic effort ! Our Primary Tennis Team played in the second round of the State Knockout yesterday against Tumut. Notice is given to parents that secondary students will be sitting Mid-Year examinations in English, Mathematics, Science and History/Geography on Thursday and Friday 8 and 9 June. These dates immediately precede the Queens Birthday Long Weekend.
