Word - Find and Replace
Say… for example, you got someones name wrong in a letter, what do you do? Go through the letter and manually retype their name each time it appears? Well you could do that, or you could use Word’s “Find and Replace” feature. Here’s how…
On the Edit menu, click “Replace”.

The “Find and Replace” box opens.

Type in the text you want to find and the text you want to replace.

Now you have some options, you can individually find instances of the text you want to replace by Clicking “Find Next” and then “Replace”. Or you can ask Word to “Replace All” and it will find all instances and replace them.
