Work Experience

February 28th, 2007

CareersWork Experience gives Year 10 students the opportunity to gain an understanding of the world of work. Not only does it offer “experience” it also gives students confidence as they face life beyond school.

The Rock Central School’s students are fortunate that they have such a low student - teacher ratio. We offer one on one assistance to students to help them find the placement they want and need. Personal guidance and encouragement.

TRCS offers two Work Experience blocks. The next Work Experience is a two week release at the completion of the School Certificate Exams from the 19th to the 30th of November. Careers Adviser Mr Gilham is available to assist or discuss students Work Experience with parents or carers. Please contact the school to make an appointment.
